Circularstrokes is a simple typeface generated through a game-like writing habit, shaped by improvisational reactions and the inherent unpredictability of digital tools. It resists the traditional framework of type construction, disregarding baselines, x-heights, and width constraints.
By isolating and observing each character on its own, the author imitates a sense of play and draws with winding strokes, producing sliced, mouse-driven letterforms. The final typeface is completed with the open-source font generator built by buttaiwan on GitHub.
